Sage and Thyme Foundation Level Communication Skills Training
A communication skills workshop about listening to people who are worried. To provide staff at all levels with the tools to carry out Level 1 psychological assessment whilst providing support to distressed patients.
Objectives
- A memorable structured approach for getting into and out of a conversation
- How to empower patients / carers who are worried or distressed
- Communication skills that are evidenced based
Intended Audience
This training is suitable for clinical and non-clinical staff at all levels using evidence-based communication skills to provide person-centred support to someone with emotional concerns using the SAGE & THYME structure.

Cost
Free for STSFT staff-however there are penalties for non attendance
