Are you a sunflower enthusiast like we are at St Benedict’s Hospice?

Then its time to shine in our Sunflower Competition 2024!

Did you know, the record for the tallest Sunflower in the world is currently held by a man called Hans Peter Schiffer from Krast, Germany, at a whopping 30ft 1inch (9.17m)!

Pick up a bag of seeds from Fundraising for only 50p and get your green fingers on.

Our definition of unusual incorporates size, form and colour; You could even get creative and dress your sunflower up!

We will close the competition on September 1st and announce the winners shortly after.
